For over a decade, I've been immersed in the world of tech bootcamps. My journey started 12 years ago, not as an instructor, but as a graduate myself. I was a marketing manager feeling stuck, took a leap into a coding bootcamp, and it completely changed my trajectory. That personal experience of both the fear and the triumph is what fuels my work every single day.

My philosophy is simple: bootcamps are powerful, but they're not magic. Success comes from the right blend of hard technical skills, soft skills, and realistic career strategy. I believe in a practical, no-fluff approach that prepares students for the actual day-to-day of a tech job, not just for passing a technical interview. I've spent years refining this approach, working directly with bootcamp students, instructors, and hiring partners.
